Burncross Action Team

Burncross Action Team welcomes you to our Website.

NEWS: Unfortunately, we are very sad to report that the Burncross Action Team storage container (located in the Garden Gateway at the top of bracken hill) was broken into recently and all the gardening tools and supplies stolen! If you can donate ANY tools or useful items then please contact Brenda Hind.

About Burncross Action Team:

The Burncross Action Team is a group of dedicated volunteers who are continuously Working to Improve our Community.

The Burncross Action Team was formed in March 2006 by a group of Burncross residents who are determined to improve the local area.

See our 'Events' page for detail of up coming events.

Would you like to help?

If you would like to be part of the Burncross Action Team or could just spare ONE hour per month to help improve your community then you can either:

  • Meet the Burncross Action Team on the first Sunday in the month for our monthly "Buncross Improvement Time" where we will be undertaking activities such as Litter picking.  We meet @ 10am at The Acorn Inn car park on Burncross Road.

  • If you would prefer please contact a member of our team.

This will give you an opportunity to talk to the volunteers and find out what else we have planned for 2018/19.

Read our most recent newsletter (page 1 and page 2) which has been distributed to the Burncross community.
